Meet Jim Bishop

Jim grew up as an Indiana farm kid and graduated from Purdue University School of Agriculture. The same education and roots as many of the leaders he serves. He still helps tend his family farm in Indiana, where he lives with his wife and five children.
He's coached 150+ senior leaders across 5,000+ hours. Executives throughout biotech, pharma, and AgTech. VPs, SVPs, C-suite officers. Founders navigating PE pressure. Technical leaders whose directness creates friction at the board level.
Jim developed the TriAxis framework over years of practice. It addresses the belief systems and nervous system patterns that drive behavior under pressure. He's ICF certified, a facilitator of Leadership Circle methodologies, and trained in multiple somatic and behavioral modalities.
